Tricks of the trade

As a parent, you are ways looking for new and efficient ways to clean faster, find things or in generals, anything that can save you time and energy, right? Well, I found a few little tricks that help us as a family and I wanted to share them with you. I read these in Parent magazine and I knew they would help.
The first thing we implemented was the charger organizer...you know how you can never find a place for the phone charger, the portable DVD player charger, the iPhone charger, the camera charger, ok...you get the idea...there are always to many of them and not only is it hard to find a place for them, it is hard to remember were you put them...so our solution: a baby supply organizer. Yes, the hanging organizer that you can put all the little trinkets so that your changing station is organized...the one with lots of pockets?!?! That's what we use. I have it inside the closet in our spare bedroom and it works like magic...no problem finding any of the chargers any more.
The other little trick a took from the magazine was Fish Stick Tacos...yup, I bake the fish sticks in the oven and while they cook, I chop some spinach (or cabbage), tomatoes and heat the tortillas. In 20 minutes dinner is served!
