For the last 20 weeks we have been praying and relying on God to protect our pregnancy and keep our baby healthy and growing. Well, God has been faithful and we got great news yesterday during our 5th month ultrasound...not only was the baby growing healthy but we also found out that the new member of our family will be a BABY GIRL!! How exciting!! We were both so happy! Praise the Lord! Calling the grandmothers was a treat...they both wanted a girl and when we told them, they couldn't contain their happiness, my mom even cried.
Of course her "mami" and "papi" already thinks of her as their little princess! Here she is everyone! If you look closely, you can notice her face, her eyes and she has her arm up on her side, like she is just chilling in my belly. :-) Jose and I were able to see her legs, her little foot and toes and even her spine on the monitor. Amazing!! Just amazing!
By the way, if you are trying to figure out when she is due...well she is due on Thanksgiving!

We are so happy for you! Having a girl is amazing! Yesterday, Lucy and I were watching the Little Mermaid and she started dancing and singing to the song "Kiss the Girl". I nearly fell laughing. It's just too cute!!
